Refund policy

At Ebony Fashion Store, we want your shopping experience to be satisfactory. If for any reason you need to make a return, we offer a clear and simple process so you can manage it without issues. Below, you will find the conditions and steps to follow in order to return your online order.

Important: We cannot process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, you can make a new purchase and return what you don't want so we can process the refund.

 

General Conditions

Return period: All returns of online orders must be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the purchase date. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have 15 calendar days from receiving the order to notify customer service by emailing: hola@ebony.es

Product condition: Items must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags, and in their corresponding packaging. Additionally, it is essential to include the purchase invoice.

Event items: Some items come with a special security seal that allows you to try them on without compromising their return. For the return to be valid, the seal must remain intact.

Personalized products: No exchanges or returns are accepted for personalized items according to customer specifications.

Right of refusal: Ebony Fashion Store reserves the right to reject returns made outside the established period or those that do not comply with our policy conditions.

 

How to Return Your Order

Return in physical store: You can return your order directly at our physical store in Santiago de Compostela without needing to make a prior request on the website. Simply bring the items you wish to return along with the invoice from your online order. No fees will apply for returns in-store.

Return by shipping to physical store:

1. You can request a pickup for your order through Correos Express by managing it directly on their website with the link provided. Once requested, you can generate a return label, which you must print and place visibly on the package to be returned.

2. You also have the option to take the package directly to the Correos office of your choice, using a return code that we will provide when you request it on our website.

You have 3 calendar days from the date you generated the return label or code to send your package.

Important:

• If you make the return within the first 15 calendar days from the purchase date, the shipping will be free of charge.
• If the return is made after the first 15 calendar days, the shipping cost (€3.95) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Refunds

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. Once the return is received and verified, the refund process will be completed within 7 to 10 business days.
