Delivery Scope
We work with Correos Express, a reliable courier company, to guarantee a fast and secure service. We ship nationally (mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) and internationally (mainland Portugal). We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
How much does shipping cost?- In-store pickup: Free of charge.

Orders over €50: Free shipping.

Orders under €50: Shipping cost of €4.50.

Saturday delivery: Additional charge of €3.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours from order confirmation. Please note that delays may occur during peak shopping periods (sales, Christmas, Black Friday, public holidays, etc.) or due to external factors beyond Ebony Fashion Store’s control, such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or courier service delays.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order at the address you provide at the time of purchase:
- Store: General Pardiñas, 25, 15701 - Santiago de Compostela (A Coruña - Spain)
- Home, workplace, or another accessible location where you are physically available to receive the package.
- Nearest Correos office or Disashop pickup point based on your postal code.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address (including postal code). Ebony Fashion Store is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
What is the delivery process?

Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your purchase details.

Shipping Notification: When your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its status in real time. You will receive this tracking number via SMS or email.

Delivery Management: Before delivery, Correos Express will allow you to update your address, opt for pickup at a collection point, or redirect the delivery to a Correos office.

Delivery Attempts: Correos Express will attempt to deliver your order to the specified address. If you are unavailable, up to two delivery attempts will be made.

Unsuccessful Deliveries: If the package cannot be delivered, you will need to collect it from a designated Correos office or Disashop pickup point within one week. If the package is not collected within this time frame, it will be returned to our facilities, and a new shipment will be arranged, possibly incurring additional charges.
